Members and guests of the Alliance Francaise de San Diego have the opportunity to register for a 50 minutes docent-guided private tour of the Renoir exhibit, before the museum opens to the public. Tickets also include admission to the world-class galleries of the museum.

Open House and Book Fair: Celebrate la francophonie!

Flying Ace received French Legion of Honor

Steven N. Pisanos, a World War II double ace, was awarded the French Legion of Honor Medal by David Martinon, Consul General of France at a ceremony at the San Diego Air and Space Museum in Balboa Park on March 6th. Pisanos was a fighter pilot during WWII. When his P-51 Mustang crashed over German-occupied Normany, he survived, and  fought with the French Resistance until the war ended. Video KUSI by Dave Scott

Our teens and parents braved the chilly weather on March 5th to learn basketball skills in French and played a game at Nobel Athletic Fields and Recreation Center.

AP French Language Prep
