French Film Club - Special edition short movies

Join us for a French Film Club special edition "Short Movies" in collaboration with Prend Ca Court, Festival of short movies from Quebec, celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Short movies are crucial to cinema as they allow filmmakers to experiment with creative ideas and showcase their talent with fewer resources. They promote concise storytelling, making them valuable for both filmmakers and audiences, and play a significant role in film festivals. Additionally, short films enhance diversity in cinema and are widely used as educational tools and for artistic expression.

7:00 PM:  Social gathering with hot drinks, and light refreshments supported by Ingrid Pasco Realtor

7:30 PM:  Selection of short Movies in collaboration with Prend Ca Court, Festival of short movies from Quebec

The movies will be in French with English subtitles. 

To sustain our event and small nonprofit organization, we suggest a donation of $10 at the door.
