An adult art class offers a welcoming, creative space where participants of all skill levels explore different themes.
The instructor provides guidance on various techniques and mediums, from acrylics, to watercolors and mixed media. Each session begins with a brief introduction with art history background, demo, followed by hands-on practice, allowing students to develop their unique style. The class fosters a supportive, collaborative atmosphere, leaving participants inspired and eager to continue their artistic journey.
Classes include:
art history background
demonstration with instruction, techniques and tips
all materials (painting, brushes, canvas, paper...)
Themes (may be adapted to match students expectations)
Session 1 : 9/18 and 9/25 - Colorful landscapes inspired by David Hockney and Van Gogh
Session 2 : 10/2 and 10/9- Paint flowers with Georgia O'Keeffe
Session 3: 10/16 and 10/23 - Abstract expressionism
Session 4: 10/30 and 11/6 - Explore how to create photorealistic paintings
Session 5: 11/13 and 11/20 - Pop art inspired
Session 6: 12/4 and 12/11 - Mixed media and collages
Wednesday 12 pm- 2 pm
Members: $100 for 1 session of 2 classes for 1 person
Non-Members: $140 for 1 session of 2 classes for 1 person
It is necessary to attend two consecutive classes of the same theme. However if you have a conflict of schedule the instructor will accomodate so you can still enjoy and learn in any class you attend.

No experience is required. We provide everything.
The class needs to be booked at least 48h ahead.
A minimum of three students is required.

Classes are non refundable. In case of sickness, we will do our best to change for a make up session.
